Terms of service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") define the rules for using Re4matik services, placing orders, and entering into distance contracts.

Section 1. Definitions

Seller: Mateusz Bartkowiak Re4matik, os. Sosnowe 71, 62-280 Karczewko, Poland, VAT ID (NIP): 9720964363.

Customer: a person using the service and purchasing services offered by Re4matik.

Section 2. Scope of services

Purchasing a product in the service means accepting these Terms and the rules governing service delivery.

Section 3. Safety

The Customer agrees to follow the instructor's guidance and use materials and services for their intended purpose.

Section 4. Payments

Available payment methods include electronic payments and other methods presented during checkout.

Section 5. User account

Creating an account requires providing data necessary for service delivery. The Customer may request account deletion.

Section 6. Orders and contract performance

Orders may be placed online. The contract is concluded once the Seller confirms acceptance of the order.

Section 7. Withdrawal and complaints

A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, unless specific legal provisions state otherwise. Complaints may be submitted by email to [email protected].

Section 8. Final provisions

Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law. These Terms may be updated, and the current version is published in the service.
