The TOM method is a tool for the patient's associative process, combining the Specialist's psychotherapy with the educational and training TOM method.
The TOM method is gaining recognition not only among patients but also within the therapist community. The men's community built through a closed WhatsApp group needs referrals to therapists who can guide them in practice or in individual online sessions. The main interest is individual therapy and couples therapy, and on the physiological side — contact with urologists and urogynecological physiotherapists working with men.
